Apparently one Harry Potter actor couldn’t stay away from all the smokes. Jamie Waylett, the guy who plays Harry Potter’s bully was sentenced today to 120 community service hours for cultivating marijuana. Looks like the little Hogwart will be albe to use his green thumb for good. Well, will have too.
