Singer Chris Brown is owning up to his actions, not only by testifying to a recent assault against Rhianna in court, but also releasing a public apology to his one time girlfriend. In a two minute video, Chris Brown claims that he is ashamed of his actions and apologized to his fans. Brown also says that he had wanted to apologize earlier but was diverted from the idea by his lawyer.
