Yes, with umbrella in tow, Ms. Rhianna was out and about New York’s East Side visiting her favorite tattoo artist Bang Bang when the bad girl decided to be the woman in charge of the ink pen. Illegally.

Rhianna doesn’t have a license to tatoo and according to NYC Health Department its against the law. But we don’t think the good girl gone bad was in the mood to hear any legislative talk that night. She left three of her buddies tatted up with little umbrellas and R’s.

Rhianna’s friend Yadira says the rock star won’t be in any trouble any time soon. Apparently, it’s only illegal if your making a profit of it. And with millions of albums sold, I don’t think Rhianna would need a dime.
