New York City has made this summer beat become more competitive. The complex but amazing sport of double dutch has just been deemed a varsity sport in New York City schools. This means that the game of jumping and hopping between two ropes will be played against other schools, like basketball or soccer. The game is one that builds agility, speed, and physical prowess along with friendship, articulation, and confidence. Looks like those Brooklyn girls are killa when it comes to this game!
